The author, Tom Spencer, was serving as Secretary to the Soldiers-Teachers memorial committee when asked to give some personal facts about the honour boards at a Teachers Sub-Branch RSL meeting. In researching further information, he produced this book to honour teachers involved in World War I, World War II and Post World War II. Book is signed by the author.
